Terms and Conditions

If the book you have purchased has been mis-represented - it's the wrong book, or the cover is different, or there is damage that hasn't been noted in the description - then I will refund your costs, including postage costs, to you as soon as the book has been returned to me.

I check every book that is posted very carefully, and if I notice something that has been missed in the description I will contact you immediately. Like wise, if you have any concerns either immediately after buying your book, or when you receive it - please contact me at amanda@anovelbook.com.au.

Books are posted with 24 hours of payment being made. If it is a weekend or a public holiday, your book will be posted on the next working day.

I live in Western Australia and our postal system is notoriously slow. Please allow 10 working days for your purchase to arrive. If you want your book sooner, please contact me for express post options.
