If the book you have purchased has been mis-represented - it's the wrong book, or the cover is different, or there is damage that hasn't been noted in the description - then I will refund your costs to you, including your postage costs, once you have returned the book to me.
If you have changed your mind about the book you have just bought - I will refund your purchase costs, but I won't refund the postage costs. The book will need to be returned to me, at your cost and I will happily refund your money.
I check every book that is posted very carefully, and if I notice something that has been missed in the description I will contact you immediately. Like wise, if you have any concerns either immediately after buying your book, or when you receive it - please contact me at amanda@anovelbook.com.au.
